why dose the website go off and on?

some times the website is down for like 3 or so hours comes back up gos back down?

    ya i saw power out and stuff i didint know the servers where in NY but i was thinking what if they where lol

    Ya, it is totally my luck.  I am beginning to wonder if I should have my servers in the disaster capitol of the US image
