i received an update yesterday and the wording suggested it was back!

Firstly, world PvP was never in, so it can't be "back". Secondly, if Trion is finally introducing any semblence of open-world RvR, they're about 7-months too late.
mm from what player said there was world rift pvp but it was removed at one point in time
since i am very new to this game i dont know the thing but a lot of post complaining about its removal cant all be wrong!
There is a new zone being added to the game for world PvP. I don't think there's been much information beyond the "we're thinking about doing this" type of stuff. It will probably involve control points or some sort of Keep, with faction bonuses.
They do have some world PvP mechanics in the game (for PvP servers), but at least on the server I was playing on, it didn't seem to add a whole lot to the game.
I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.
rift warning in the pvp is probably too late ,should probably say in 15 minute world rift pvp,or just add a mark on world map and time it is gona go off,not too early but 15 minute should do it!
They are improVing their game for the players still playing it. All QQ as for they should have done it earlier is empty talking. If they want to improve their game let them.
World PvP is there now with daily PvP quests and PvP RiFTS. Mechanics to get PvP gear also changed, positively, you can always upgrade your current PvP gear for better rank gear. Those who say otherwise don't play the game or are on a server totally dominated By their own faction.
I had enough of RiFT in June but since around the 1,4 update there are a lot of things to do again and it turns out to be an excellent game.
Update 1,5 will sertainly not change that. RiFT is getting awesome.
