It would be cool if buildings were somehow built in a matter of seconds, not in months or years. And yeah, bubble transport would be awesome, too! Dyl, your idea about cartoon characters in real life form is stellar!! I hope we eventually make contact with extraterrestrial intelligence elsewhere in the universe, cuz that would be so COOL!!!! If humanity reaches the future it will be nothing like it is now. Organic life is on the decline so in the future there will be neither meat eaters or vegetarians but instead our sustenance will be chemical. There will be no ozone layer so we will live in enclosed environments to protect ourselves from cosmic radiation. In the future there will be no more wars because by then humanity will have realized they all have to work together if they are not to become extinct.
Well I can only say this:
The human population will keep growing until one day we will literally run out of space. Omce that happens the whole planet will be trashed and we will have to move to a new planet scientists discover. Your dad doesnt sound so stupid telling you to turn your pc monitor off completly now does he? thats why our parents/elder tell us sorts of thing, because its related to our environmrnt that could affect our future.
It would be brilliant to think that perhaps sometime, over the next 150 years, everybody on the planet would realise that we are one race - the human race. Despite our unique individual differences we would understand that money, religion and war are immaterial to our advancement in this universe. This is what world leaders should be discussing right now. This is my hope for the future, a world in harmony. I do understand however that in the meantime certain more socially advanced countries may have to bomb the s@*t out of others.
The future has always been an interesting topic for me. Ever since I was 7 (currently 11) I have always wondered about the future and used information that I learned and discovered to think of what the future might be like.
For example, you all probably have heard of the idea of cloning, right? They have already started making an invention that can make a copy of objects (not just paper). So far they have made skin, and they replaced a mouses heart using it. They don't have to take medication to keep their body from destroying it because it is theirs! Couldn't they use the same thing to make another person?
Aliens are another popular topic that comes up when talking about the future. I believe that there are aliens and here is why. We only know of what God did for us on Earth. How vain it is for us to think that He has made everything for us and not any others.
Since I was really little I have even thought of (very stupid) inventions. Some of them now exist or are currently being created. One idea that I had was a pair of shoes that allowed you to type something then appear as a hologram.
In the future, which I have clearly seen, politicians will wear diapers color-coded for party, size, and absorbency. Their constituents will wear color-coordinated outfits as a means of identification. Consummately serious haberdashers and milliners will be exclusive advertisers on Star Trek reruns playing 24/7 on the Star Trek network, the industry having purchased all rights to the series and derivative films on which each character wears a superimposed fedora. Though children will be inclined to laugh uncontrollably, comedy [and the recitation of history] will have been outlawed -- illegalized, except for jokes about constituents, their gullibility, and their ill-fitting hats. My birthday will be an International holiday, replacing Festivus, which will have been outlawed, but for the pole toss, coincidentally the only remaining Olympic Event. The entire planet earth will have become an Internet hot spot and wind power generator, with turbines positioned everywhere, the largest resting atop the Eifel Tower, affectionately called Le fashion spin. Under Iranian leadership, creativity and invention will have begun to flourish in peace and tranquility under the threat of nuclear holocaust. China, controlling all global debt will have become a huge rest stop and gas station serving oil to anticipated interplanetary travelers bent on seeing the fully refurbished Great Wall. Visitors will have not yet arrived. Though fresh water will be plentiful, abounding with snake heads, mud snails, zebra mussels and Chinese carp, ice will have become a legendary but valued collectors’ item seen by an equally legendary few. Hawaii will have long since become a beautiful reef, popular with lottery winners. News will consist only of sports, fashion, rap music, Star Trek reruns and hat ads. That’s all I can remember.

The answer to everyones questions is in the ne 30 years things should be hightec because i hooked up with some local scientists and they told me that they are getting more knewledge then the average scientists.What that means is that they are almost done on this huge machine that can withstand going in the past going in the future and slowing time as we speak.What i wnt to do is finish my college and complete everyones dreams and hopes this will be rough but im 100% sure i can do it.I can do the unthinkable all i need is faith and hope my first invention i want to make a huge lab/station/factory.
AMD is better because it gives more bank for your buck, i have a cheap $400 laptop and have absolutely NO problems with slow performance, lagging, im a hardcore gamer, the only time where i question if its good enough is when i compile a map im making in source sdk from steam, it can take awhile sometimes, but that may just be my map. I have not used intel in the past, but basted on the arguments below, it is more expencive, and lastes longer in endurance, but i dont find many instances where thats needed, i find it to be more of the umph
In the future all mmorpg will be virtual reality. and i hope i can catch some pokemons. I want some pickachu. nyayahaha
Crowding,rapid change and breakdown of communities. But we will not believe the extent of the problems! The modern man will suffer from psychological problems Also I think the future will become worse, because right now many people are losing their jobs, and in the future robots will be operating all the machines, so the owner won’t need any workers and he won’t have to waste money paying the workers cause the robots will be doing all the work.
I am sure those wondrful inventions will come true, time is needed. Look at the predictions of the future made by auothers decades ago... Many said we will have Roberts, flying cars and live on the moon by yr 2000. My point is, in 50 yrs, technologies wontbe that different as today, they'll be some new gadgets... But they won't be that amazing. Flying cars aren't practical if we still have roads and homes on the ground... Wondering will people live on other planets like mars or the moon? hmm...
