As an on/off player for the last 18 months I can tell you that that video is only partially actual gameplay. It's spliced/mixed with some fancy CGI that you won't see in game. Only short snipets of the video are actual gameplay. Still though, it's a good promo video. For actual gameplay always check YouTube. I assure you it won't be nearly as exciting. However, it's still one of the best MMOs around.
They didn't add that much I didn't think. I saw some added lens flare, one power effect that didn't seem quite right (the fireball against the flying guy) and they sped up the scene with all the people on the rocket boards. Aside from that pretty much everything is something I've seen in-game, be it emotes or various power effects. It's obviously a very nicely done demo-edit since you can't PvP in the First Ward zone like they're doing in that video though. To be honest, most of the 'excitement' from that trailer is from the music. I mean the video itself is good, but the right music can really make a trailer (or pretty much any scene in general).
