Help with ROSE

I need help with ROSE Online, I downladed and stuff, but when I try to play it, it says to  redownload it to fix a problem.I Red-download it and still say that, do I have t download it on the zip file, or re download it or repaired it

Also, 2 weeks ago when I downloaded it, it worked..but it said sometrhing about a graphics controller

  don't know what to do, ca people help me? They say this game is fun, so I want to see how fun it is//

    Try updating your driver from your drivers website, and then try un-installing the game. Restart your computer, then you will need to re-start and then try and re-install everything should work fine.
