I downloaded game and created an account and was suppose to get activation link, but they never sent it to my email and yes I checked my spam. i went to tech forums to find out many people are haveing this problem. I made a ticket several days ago but have not heard a thing yet. do they want people to play or not?

Sounds like a website issue.
Sorry to hear you've had problems with the game. I downloaded the client yesterday and I'm already playing the game. No issues here.
I understand a game has issues although I have never seen this one before, but let us have some customer service,
