getting an error will instaling

in City of Heroes

i'm getting this error does anyone know what it means i even tried installing as admin i'm using vista 64 bit

 


Error Code: 58 (FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):


 


Errors occurred while applying the patch,


 


and a rollback was not attempted.


 


The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.


 


The patch application errors are as follows:


 


Error Code: 57 (ErrorRepairingTargetFile):


 


File could not be repaired: C:Program Files (x86)NCsoftCity of HeroespiggssoundMusic.pigg.

    Try moving the soundMusic.pigg file to another directory then try to repair and/or patch again.
