Cant play error!

in Final Fantasy XI

hello right after trying to create my character and picking my starting location i get a "error code: ffxi-3320, internal error #3" i have been trying to figure out what the problem is and have no idea what the problem is i searched the error code many times and got no results. anyone that could help that would be great

    Is this on the Xbox version?  There at least used to be an error on it where to get past it you had to play Mp3's through your Xbox (sounds stupid but it works).  That seems to have been fixed in an update though because I no longer have that problem.  If its on the PC version, I'm sorry but I have no idea.
