Looking for a game...

I'm looking for a game that has some (hopefully most) of the following attributes:

1. Does away with the holy trinity of tank, dps, heals.

2. Easy and FAST to find a group, i don't mean queue systems - i mean i see a group that i want to join, click a button and BAM i'm in. No messaging the leader, no gear checks, etc.

3. Gives everyone loot after a boss, not just a roll for the one or two uber pieces that just dropped that everyone's drooling over.

4. Has end-game content that is challenging, yet easy enough to pug without gear checks, complicated miss-one-step-wipe-the-raid strategies, and most of all requires 10 or less people to do.

You have probably guessed by now the main theme here is convenience and time. I've played WoW for 4+ years, Rift since release, guild wars, etc etc. Was a hardcore raider for several years then my interests just changed. I don't feel like scheduling my life around a game. I want to be able to do end game content without planning weeks in advance, I don't even care if it's with people I know.

I think a lot of games could benefit from the way Vindictus has their game set up. you go to the dock and check the groups, want in one? just hit join party and BAM - I didn't even have to advertise my stats, my role, my level, my experience, none of that. it doesn't matter what the group composition is, because tanks aren't required, heals aren't required, but skill is.. either that or a heck of a lot of pots/feathers lol.

You don't have to roll on items, because everyone gets loot. you use the loot to make gear. I find the later raids (8 mans) are challenging enough that it takes a fair amount of skill, but easily accessible in the sense you don't have to read strategies, don't have to be on vent, and don't have to have a guild to get in a decent one.

Are there any other games that offer this type of feature combo? I play Vindictus and love it, but would like to see this in more games.
