Nothing is more annoying than "that guy" in Trade Chat spamming for his guild or just spamming in general. In today's Guild Sores, MMORPG.com's David North gives readers a laugh at the expense of trade chat. Check out Guild Sores: Trade Chat Troll.

    I feel like the first pane, Her warning him about the troll, doesn't fit with the actual troll.  I dont understand how the two are connected at all.  Just wasnt that funny. Again.

    They have obviously played WoW. Though, last night we had an amusing little thing going on, naming movies, but replacing words in the titles of the movies with 'Murloc'. It was in trade chat, so really it was the wrong place for it...but much better than the trade chat troll.

    I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

    Gotta love /ignore in TC.

     The best thing about trade chat is it can be turned off. I have once in a very great while found a good deal on trade chat but, so rarely that I don't care to look at the garbage scrolling up the screen.

      if I do need it on for something then /addignore is my best friend, stupid people say things like " if I ignore them I can't see what they say about me ..." who cares ? more stupid people say things like " if you ignore them then it lowers the number of people you have to form a group" well, maybe but, if the guy/gal is a jerk I don't want them in my group anyway.

     The cross realm ignore is the best, especially since if you ignore them you will nvr be group with them or put into any situation with them again. This has been really helpful for getting away from the idiots that just stand there filling up spots for real players and for getting away from the morons that think they can take on the entire other side by them selfs and have not learned after the last 1,000,000 times that it is not a good idea to spawn and run in alone or the whiners that complain about this and that and the gs nazi's. 

     /addignore ftw
