I dont understand why more did not buy from En Masse. I did and was auto-placed in the CBT. No key worries for me.
The big issue was people want to order from amazon or gamestop because they don't get charged until they receive the game, so they can test the beta first and then cancel if they don't like it.

Ugh. Sucks about UK amazon. However, Amazon.com is indeed giving out codes. I recieved mine within minutes of placing my preorder and the email included a blurb about the digital preorder items (mount, ring, earring.)
