Having issues with Trion tech support

Many bugs since 1.7,  including one where the ground turns transparent, with only rocks, characters, and trees being visible.  I have had to exit the game completely and restart to fix the issue.  But it began happening at least once per hour.  After numerous emails to support finally was asked to send in diagnostic info. which i did. A week later and it seems the issue has been recycled back through the system.  I am now getting contacted again as if it were the first time.  Trion usually does a great job in handling support issues.  Not sure what has happened since 1.7 but this is not acceptable.  Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix the problem?  I reinstalled the game, made sure my drivers were updated, ect.  I know in game of others complaining about simiar issues but have not renewed my sub since the problem wasnt resolved.

Support has never helped me fix this issue, nor given me an adequate response.  This isn't Trion bashing at all.  But I'm surprised they never handled this issue.  In the past, Trion has seemed like a great company.

    At a bet its video related. Uninstall your video card in safe mode, physically unplug it from the board (powered off!), reseat it, and reinstall the newest drivers. Then START>RUN>DXDIAG and do the full battery of tests.

    I had very similiar issues and got very frustrated with it. Finally ended up doing the above and it did resolve. Of course two weeks later my whole system took an arrow to the knee and I reloaded from scatch. I've not seen another bug in game since....quite the turn-around.

    Hey, forgot to say thanks!  I read your posts all the time and appreciate the insight.  I reinstalled the game and my video card criver.  Everything working fine so far, but havent been playing as much.  Hopefully this continues to work.  Thanks again :)
