OP you do know that the crescent moon is an internationally recognized symbol of the Muslim faith, right?
Not that there's anything wrong with it ofc but IMO it's always best to stay clear from religious symbols in a video game.
Other than that, nice logo.
Make the moon green, then it's the universal symbol for hospitals! (Doctor Who for those that didn't know)

Well done. Looks good.
Pics are a bit small now. The one thing I would do is make that banner a bit larger and let the curves that sweep backward, fall behind the shield. This way you can also make the typo a bit bigger because now it isn't so very clear. (Unless the size of the entire thing is going to be bigger in the actual website).
Is this the original pixel size you made them in or do you have it in high res format too?

Keep the moon if you like it. It does seem odd from an "earth" historical perspective to see the cresent on a sheild with plate armour etc. It is a fantasy world though

Not really a fan of the wings either. The rest of your guild seal is very crisp and clean, and then the blurry wings are in the background. If you like the other posters suggestion about getting away from religious symbolism and still want to keep the moon, try this.

I'm a graphic designer and web designer as well. It's a nice logo and if every element to it has meaning to the guild then keep them.
If not, I would remove the moon and put the helmet in the middle of the shield instead.
The 'wings' I would do without and have the effect thats at the bottom of the shield all around the shield instead. Probably reaching out a 'little' further though, Making the whole logo appear more circular.
I would also remove the glow thats around everything as it's overkill imo, especially the swords and helmet as they are lightly coloured already.
Along with making the banner appear as though it is wrapped around the shield instead of placed on top of it like DarkPony suggested.
Your Logo suggests "UNITY" from the crossed swords, "BROTHERHOOD" from the encompassing shield,"MYSTICISM" from the moon,"ADVENTURE" from the helmet,and "READINESS" from the wings. GJ.

i didnt want to make something circular like most guild logos i wanted to give a dark side but also a mythic strengh on it like union strengh and the wings represent our rise above the darkness in our spirit, thats why the moon is crescent like eclipse is happening, but maybe i should make it like full moon ?

I also made the pictures with the effect of animate on photoshop so it looks like someone from guildwars 2 design in u could see on our website http://knights-end.net.

I didn't mean make a circle or make it look like a circle.. I just meant it as if the whole thing could be neatly fit 'inside' a circle or square, but not actually put it inside one. It would make it look more uniform and tidy.
Your older version (I found it in your forums) is what I mean by circular, if you drew an imaginary circle around it all the outward most points of the logo would lay on the edges of the circle:

I also think that one is MUCH better, including the shape of the moon, but the white glow around it all should be removed and replaced with a thinner solid white border or at least reduced. IMO to make it look cleaner.
I've pointed out those things from a text book graphic design point of view though, I have no idea what you are trying to communicate through the logo in the end. I was just suggesting ways to make it look more instantly visualy appealing to someone who doesn't understand, see or know about the deeper meaning you are trying to show.
I was nit picking though because you said that any feedback was welcome. It's a good logo and I like it. It serves it's purpose and doesn't need to be changed. If you wanted to change it though, that's what 'I' would do, but like all things it just comes down to a matter of taste and personal style.
The website itself is very minimal and clean, I really like it.

Looks a lot better against a white background like that, cos that glow around it all isn't visable then. The brushstroke effect also looks really nice, it's a shame it isn't as noticable when the size is reduced and it's compressed.
