Who is waiting to see all the flaming in the forums when gw2 is released?

RelGnRelGn Member Posts: 494

I cant wait to see all of u noobs that waiting for gw2 to start whining about the game not beeing as it was expected to be.

All this hype you are eating in the face will hit you so hard that you wont believe it.

It's so funny you all people believe that there will be an mmo that will change your lifes and the most stupid of you is that you still run to preorder the game before you even play it.

Some of you are still saying you have played the game.Swtor was also good in the first 20 lvls but after that was a piece of fail.

You have eaten so many lies in the face that you still keep to believe all those fail promises."We are going to change the mmo industry we are going to revolutionise everything" and shit.

Game companies act like politicians. They are not to be trusted. All they want is your money. When you will realise that my words are true then you will stop waiting for this mmo that will change everything.

Seriously cant wait to see u all in the forums whinning about your overhyped game you so much fanbois love and protect like it's your girlfriend.

Im sure gw2 will follow tors fail and all will go back to wow or play something else.

Simply because noone can surpass the behemoth.Even with better graphics it will lack the superiority of feeling u are in a living breathing world that only wow managed to acomplish.

GG guys see ya crying again on the forums.

You were warned

Who cares? Buy the game and enjoy it. Don't buy the game and play something else.

It's your entertainment we're talking about, not a popularity contest.

Well said OP, damn I love seeing people sad, and angry, damn I also hope all people who pre ordered get hit by a car just cause.

How sad can you be, I hope that most of these people get a game that they enjoy and gives them some pleasure, I dont get why people want to see everything and everyone fail now days

No matter what site I read forums all everyone wishes failure, go on CNN its all republican vs democrat hate hate hate

come on here its all hate hate hate

go on NFL or NHL or any sport site and everyone hates everyone whos not cheering for their team and wishes their children  to die , what kind of sad people are you that you need to hide behind your monitor and always wish the worse for everyone??

Think maybe you need to stop living in this virtual world without conseqences and live in the real world for a bit cause I think this is getting to you.

I believe the game will be a massive success, but yes, I agree somewhat, I'm not paying a single penny until I see people hitting the level cap and giving a REAL review of the game. Every MMO that is a little different is the best since sliced bread, then after a few weeks you realize its just the same crap. We'll see if this has what it takes a few months after release.

    Playing: Nothing
Played: EQ1, EQ2, VG:SoH, WoW, AoC, LoTRO, Aion, L2, DF, WAR.
    Favourites: EQ1, VG:SoH, Original WoW.
    Waiting: Pantheon: ROTF

These anti-hype rage threads are hilarious, seriously.

I'm just waiting to see how it turns out.  There might be lots of raging disappointment, or there might be a whole lot more cheering praise.  From all I've seen, it could go either way, which is still a lot more than what could be said of other recent MMOs.  I'm just looking forward to finding out, one way or the other.

    When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.

OP, was WoW the 1st MMO you ever played by any chance? Stating that WoW is the only MMO to ever feel like a living breathing world is the statement of a fanboi who only started playing MMO's in 2004, if I ever heard one.

To answer your question, I'll probably be too busy playing the game to bother to come here and post anything. After all, playing the game is the only way to really know how good or bad it is. I have a feeling it will deliver on most fronts. There are ample previews and videos etc to form an opinion on how the game is likely to play.

I haven't pre-purchased the game myself but I will be buying it when it releases and I expect to play it for quite some time if the W v W is anything like DAoC, a game you've probably only heard of on these forums.

Pity really. Perhaps if you had experienced more than WoW and it's clones you'd see the potential GW2 has, rather than simply posting hatefull comments about a game that doesn't conform to your beloved WoW.

Is this like laughing at the funniest home videos of people who really seem like they are hurt? Or at the Jackass videos when they purposely tazer themselves and stuff?

Like every other game some will like it some won't, but as long as you enjoy it you will be happy, don't worry about the people that flames it :).

Forums are a fun game in the end : you have the power to make social rebuttals pop here and there, all you have to do is display your joy and your excitement.

We should make it a real game, like guess the next troll's name or avatar, and then write an overjoy statement to pop one and see who won.

    /agree

It really hurts my feelings too, when people are excited and happy about a release I hate

I mean how dare they. This site is about critizism and not praise. When are they going to get it?

Agreed, but not everyone that is disappointed in a game and rages on these boards are entertaining or bring a modicum of schadenfreude- it's the fanboi sheeple that make it so, so sweet. It's been enjoyable with WAR, AOC, Hellgate (first time), Tabula Rasa, TOR was particularly nice since it was during the holidays- GW2 will be no different.

Always found it amusing that the whiners complaining about other whiners are constantly making these posts to goad the whiners, which they whine about, to respond and whine.

I believe it is called fanning the flames...

  • Eir_SEir_S Member UncommonPosts: 4,440

Not me, I won't be here when the game comes out for months, if at all.  I'll be playing GW2, not Forum Warz.

  • AutemOxAutemOx Member Posts: 1,704

If the OP was making this statement about another game like SWTOR or Warhammer then he would have a point.  Not with GW2 though, sorry.  You see, Anet is not sheltering GW2 under a blanket.  We have had a TON of hands on, reviews, video footage, and we will get beta weekends, etc.  This is very similar to how they rolled out GW1, which was a huge success.

PS:  I am not a fanboy of GW2, but I am following it and I did pre-order.  I am looking more forward to Archeage and Planetside 2, but GW2 looks like a great MMO, even if it isnt as open as I would like it to be.

GW2 is dying, you heard it here first image

Will be fun tough with all the post launch whine, especially on this site.

  • wrightstufwrightstuf Member UncommonPosts: 659

I cant wait for the 20 threads all crying about the same thing..."You mean i dont get beta access by pre ordering???"

  • BunksBunks Member Posts: 960

Something tells me the crickets are going to get loud in many of these threads.

Both those games you spoke of, WO and SWTOR had plenty of pre release coverage. As much or more than GW2 at this point. You are wrong.  BOTH those games invited me to participate inn beta too. I wasnt forced to buy the game for the privilage.
