The only contact number I have is Zavvi in the UK and you appear to be in the US (according to your profile). I don't think the one I have will help you.
Their support seems to be limited to email only (meaning the chances of a quick resolution will be slim this time of night). I'll have to check one of the other sites I suppose.
Did you try the forgot password email link and then put in your email address to see it was right too?
Yeah I actually opened GW1 up and logged in because I wasn't too sure about the email/password. The forgot password link on the GW2 website just tells me my email address doesnt exist.
Have you tried your NCSoft Master account? Try logging in and see what email address is attached there? Otherwise good luck mate
That is a great idea... I just tried it, and I was able to log in to NCSoft and see that the master account is using that same email address. Further, theres a function on your master account to add serial numbers for games. I tried to add my GW2 serial number and it said that it is invalid.

I didn't do anything special. Have ad-blocker, Ghostery, and a hundred others up and running on Firefox. I tried Chrome, but for some reason it wouldn't let me set my birthdate. Stop worrying about what you're doing wrong, because it's an issue on their end. Keep trying and eventually it should work, or just wait it out. I was thinking about it, not so sure anymore. And you can bet they have a limited number of boxes, because they will have a limited number of keys. It may be arbitrary, but they can only house so many players in their beta.

This is pretty frustrating.
I'm hoping they have the sense not to limit the number of people in beta. What better way to properly stress test their servers and receive feedback from the greatest number of players at the same time. Both would benefit (hopefully) the fastest way to get the game out the door.

The actual item I ordered specifically said pre-purchased standard edition hence my confusion lol. Owell ill give it a day or two and see if i get an email or something explaining.

Yeah well im not sure if the mistfire wolf skill would be buyable. i mean good way to break your exclusivness of the CE and DD.

For anyone having difficulty with the pre-order page, I too was having problems, but found that Chrome worked fine.
