Thanks... I was afraid of that.
Their support seems to be limited to email only (meaning the chances of a quick resolution will be slim this time of night). I'll have to check one of the other sites I suppose.

That is a great idea... I just tried it, and I was able to log in to NCSoft and see that the master account is using that same email address. Further, theres a function on your master account to add serial numbers for games. I tried to add my GW2 serial number and it said that it is invalid.
I think I will just wait and see what happens I am not -that- obsessed with getting the first beta weekend to work anyways.

I keep trying to purchase and after entering my information I get a little loading dial over the Order Summery information and then it pops up with "Error retrieving Order Information. Try Again?" but everytime I click "Try again" the same thing happens...probably due to overtaxing of the system but still...been trying again for the last 30 mins and nothing...figured I"d have gotten in at least once already...
Sorry to hear that. You're having the exact same problem I am.
It could be overtaxing, I'm betting it's them trying to fix it.
Not sure, but I'm starting to get really annoyed with this. I may just wait until tomorrow and hope things aren't sold out by then.

Yeah well im not sure if the mistfire wolf skill would be buyable. i mean good way to break your exclusivness of the CE and DD.
but if i would spend the 20 euro on the cash shop i could get a whole lot more items probaply.

There is a twitter response from Anet saying that Zavvi will be sending out a pre-purchase box with the relevant codes. I assume that will be through the post.

I have a support email in but I guess I just have to sit back and wait for my pre-purchase box. I'm just concerned about whether I have actually pre-purchased and I don't want to miss any window for pre-purchases.

If that was the case why am I still having it? I've changed browsers. Turned off Adblock Plus and Ghostry...still nothing...same problem...doesn't sound like its fixed to me..
Getting the same problem but only when I put my e-mail address in it seems. Doesn't matter if I try paying by paypal of credit card still the same problem.

Pre-purchase, AFAIK, is non-refundable.
I didn't do anything special. Have ad-blocker, Ghostery, and a hundred others up and running on Firefox. I tried Chrome, but for some reason it wouldn't let me set my birthdate. Stop worrying about what you're doing wrong, because it's an issue on their end. Keep trying and eventually it should work, or just wait it out. It was trying to force my way in for about an hour to no avail, but eventually it worked out. Good luck and good night all. Can't wait until the first test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woo!!!!!!!
Sold out...? It's not like they have a limited number of boxes... Unless you're ordering the collector's edition...
I was thinking about it, not so sure anymore. And you can bet they have a limited number of boxes, because they will have a limited number of keys. It may be arbitrary, but they can only house so many players in their beta.

I'm hoping they have the sense not to limit the number of people in beta. What better way to properly stress test their servers and receive feedback from the greatest number of players at the same time. Both would benefit (hopefully) the fastest way to get the game out the door.

Would normally use Zavvi, but after still waiting for my pre-order key for TERA i wasnt even doing to bother paying £10 more.

The actual item I ordered specifically said pre-purchased standard edition hence my confusion lol. Owell ill give it a day or two and see if i get an email or something explaining.
For anyone having difficulty with the pre-order page, I too was having problems, but found that Chrome worked fine.
Now I can't seem to access the forums...
