Ill give you clues though, just as I did when i was helping you guys out with your quests you thought bugged, or quests you struggled with....
I paid £25 for preorder box - I panicked around the 29th that id paid this much for a preorder box as i was under impression id paid full price for the mmo. When do preorders for games cost £25 ???
Some writing on the box freaked me out - funcom live staff dealt with it and reassured me id got what i thought i had, differnetl ive staff said the same things..
I played, i helped people i loved this game, then i found out bugged quests were hurting me just the same way asswg bugs were- not a good sign that one as usually with most mmos i dont get pissed off over bugged quests. something not right why I experienced what i have with this game.
Played on 3rd July YES I have got full game as i can log in even on the 3rd after playihng sinse 29th.. Funcom live stafff told me the truth... can play now in piece and spend the money id saved to pay towards retail box, if the funcom live staff cluelsss.
I played I helped I grouped right up to the 6th when i logged out the game after our tank who wasted 15 minutes of our time in the beginning when i tried to form a group for the savage coast 5 man dungeon, after a struggle to master it and getting t othe final boss, after jusat two deaths on the final boss, our tank leaves us in the dirt... everyone f-eed off, what a shit day to be playing secret world after over 2 hours or so mastering the dungeon, this happens, so as im adding new person who is tank, others in thegorpu decide to leave to, so i log out pissed off this is happening , thinking to myself some sort of penatly for leaving group dungeons should be forced for every mmo game were we are asked to group, as it is for many single player mlutiplayer games such as calll of duty series, log out a multiplayer epxeirnece causing discomfort for those staying in the game instance then suffer the penalty to your score points . Thats how it should be if you leave a group after two hours trtekking through a dungoen, to find the tank leaves on the very last boss after two deaths that cost everyone what 2000 of ingame coin for repairs ???

Sorry chuck we lied point blank to you in your face on live chat, also we are cancelling your account now 3 days after release day because you paid for a preorderr box at £25 for only the preorder items and early access. Sorry we didnt cancel your preorder box on the 3rd so youd know that you didnt pay for full retail, and sorry you spent the money you had left for the retail box on ingame items. youll just have to wait till the 17th when you next get money mate, and then play whart will be an empty area game for you as everyone else will be miles ahead and some even completed in time for guild wars 2 release on the 28th.
Sorry mate we lied to you more than once right to your face about having 30 dayswith that box you bought on the 19th so you could play from the very beginning, so you could play with people in a multiplayer game before after two monthsa all the servers are dry. We lied but who cares ? you were right to beleive you paid for a preorder box only at £25 and you were right to assume thattheretyailer in question was dishing out preorder boxes for the game to customers at £25 each and at thesame time still even today on the 7th notr having the retail box that Im meant to have to paly this game.
Nevr mind i seem to have been able to explain my story and very very sad that im no longer interested in forking out for this game after those down right lies from funcom staff. Multiple times lying to me that i was wrong for fearing id only got preordr box for £25 which is just less than how much tera is to buy on amazon for the ful game. sorry mate even after the great experience iu had with AOC..
Im simply not waiting till the 17th to play this game on empty areas because by that time everyone will be miles ahead. Ive paid in total £25 initially to get in at launch to play with you all, and not only that I kept money aside in case funcom live staff were nonces and i couldnt loginto the game on releaee day. t turned out they cancelled preorder box people on 6th instead further confusing the customer and certainly annoying them to the scale of swg annoyance when you find out after spending your last money on funcom points and initiate upgrae pack to be cool in this game. Ive spent £47 on this game already which is alot of friggin money and all i got was less than one week of play and now two further weeks of no play till i get some more friggin money to pay, only to find no ones going ot be in my area no more, just like its been for every friggin themepakred mmo sinse wow decided to poop on the original mmo gamers with there 10 million peoiple palying my game lies and deciet and what turned oyt for me to be nothing but a thorn in my side as all these companies frantically tried to copy the wow model.
Oh well, im really sorry im not wanting to wait for two weeks to play again, but ithink its only fdair to say ive been ripped off to fuck by both blockbusters and funcom on this mmo. I wish no further experiences from this game and again im sad to say that for me its happened with a funcom game I had non of this anger bullshit ever before with funcom and secret world aseemed so dam fun but the shit bomb hurts too mucxh so im just going ti sit it out and wait for gw2 to comew out. no fucking way should i pay any more even for the retail box ive paid £25 towards. Everyone will have moved oni in zones coreect ? Ill be palying the secret world as many new swtor people aredoing when they log into stwors low pop servers mostly !!!

Cant bleieve this has happend , heartbroken over this but hey who cares aye, it only hurts everyone once everyone expeirences what i have expeirenced today, trust me i know why people were pissed about age of conans issues in the beginning, it seems they are treating everyones accounts and its information the same way they did with age of conan which if i remember correctly they didnt even list the membership infgormation for the players to see when there subs were up even after the one month had passed !!
So hurt so pissed off Trading standards got an email from me today i think its welll deserved after the scam artist system of the mnmo games that have come out sinse world of warcraft.

ahha, I think he bought the game from blockbusters for 25 pounds and they only gave him a pre-order key.
if thats the case OP, you need to contact your retailer (blockbuster) and ask them why you still havent received the key you payed them (your retailer ,blockbuster) for.

Enjoy the game if you are its a good attempt at a genuinly different approach to an mmo as every mmo used to be in the beginning before world of warcraft told the gaming community a pakc of lies that 10 million people were palying world of warcraft live on tv blatant lies to gamers and gamew companies
I know for several time i tried to paly the gmae atthat time and finding harldy anyone in the start areas and generallly not tooo many people in the normal ironforge and that orc gathering spot .
10 million players on your adverts is alie and every game company thought they could get the same too. It seems that funcom has decided to follow the lets totally lie to our customers so they fuck up while organizing payments for the game, lets not telll retailers what the preorder box is so they think they have got the fulll game to sell and thne not give the rewtailers any way to contct funcom to find out if its true this raving lunatic is coimng into our storwes giving mixed up information over several days because of the lies being fewd to him on the live chat by funcom staff.
Im telling tou right noe in hemel hempsteads blocbnuster video store late on the 7th of july, they are selllingf secret world funcom preorder boxes for £25 when the preorder really was meant to end on the 3rd but iether way blockbuster staff wont listen to me now anyway because ive been going bakc and forth teleling them one minute its a preordser box and next telli ng them its full game and bakc again. They will continue to selll this preorder box at £25 because they dont really have any way to contact the company they boughtrthesedisks from.

You are right about drugs in many ways mate, yes i did sample them... to helll and back.
But even so.... at least i got to test them out, because ive mastered them also.

ok so I was right, You ordered at blockbusters and they only sent you a pre-order key. Fc didnt lie to you, they have no way to tell what blockbuster did or didnt or even wont sent you, judging by the price you payed for the full version (granted it still is a tad on the cheap side), so they asumed (wrong) that a renowned retailer as Blockbuster to sent the retail key.
You need to contact Block buster, you bought from them, they are the ones not sending the key and they probebly still have it.

"I am raging because there are some bugged quests, also I only entered a pre order code and now my game is inactive as early access is over, I have not entered a code from my retail box because my retailer for some reason did not give me it, THIS IS FUNCOMS FAULT."

I bought a preordr box, a box that funcom made themselves for people to gain early access too. FUNCOM made these boxes so people could pay up front for preorder, and get the bonuses on the disk included. BLOCKBUSTERS are still selling the preorder disks at £25 when A) They are not even interested to have the full game in their store, they told me they could attempt to get a retail copy from another blockbuster store, but whats really annoying is they are still seelling the preorder boxes funcom made for people who want to preorder !!
I asked live chat twice or maybe more times if id bought a box with only a token payment towards the full game. I wanted to know what these preorder boxes had on thenm, that i spent almost fulll price for a PC game. Blockbuster simply dont know what they sold me, the live chat staff though lied to me twice teling me the box they sold me and that I owned actually came with 30 days free.
Now unless its me thats clueless, FUNCOM know about the actual boxes they have been selling to customers. As far as I can see there is only two versions of retial store items regarding this game: 1) the preorder boxes which look like thin retail boxes... blockbuster sold me on at £25 when normally you only pay £5 towards deopsit. 2) the other box is a full dvd release of thegame in the usual size game box withinstruction manual I would guess. It looks like a retail box. so tell me:

Neither of those two facts are right ! Im a customer and I know now, I bought a preorder box for the early accesss bonuses, that came on code I got from a store in a thin version of a physical computer game box. All that box was for was preordring the game and getting the cat, getting the t shirt, getting the ring, getting early access. That is all this preorder box was meant to be for. I know this now after they banned my account on the 6th till i pad more for retail. Ive seen theretail box and its a considerably larger box than the preorder box yet funcoms staff cant distiguish between both boxes and what they have on them ??
They resorted to tellinmg me false facts instead if listening to me that I had a preorder box not retail box.
That is wwy im mostly angry as its affected my opportunity to play at the same rateand same areas in the game as other people

Still, this would be an issue with Blockbusters as they didn't seem to know/care what the difference was between they preorder box and a retail copy. As for the Live chat people, after reading your posts I can see them getting confused on what you were talking about. But still, this would be an issue that needs to be taken up with Blockbusters - they either need to give you the retail copy as you stated you paid for it, or they need to give you a full refund due to their F-up.
Oddly enough though, this is the 6th posting I have seen where someone was complaining about this specific retailer and the same exact issue. I wonder if anyone else who purchased from them had an issue like this....
There are 3 types of people in the world.

What makes me laugh is the fact the consumer has zero rights. If you bought the game in the UK and approach trading standards you willl find they are powerless. Instead because Funcom are registered, still I believe, in Norway. You have to contact the European version of trading standards, who then tell you to contact the specific trading standards in Norway. Long story short, unless you are a resident of Norway you probably have no rights.
But I think people are missing the overall point. Regardless of what has happened with this guy and the details, Funcom has an unhappy customer. How a company deals with an unhappy customer is a testament to their core values.
Funcom for once step up and do the right thing. Get the guy back in the game, give him what he thought he ordered. Take a hit for once and produce a happy satisfied customer. It isn't all about the money. Customer satisfaction goes a long way to the perception of a company.
Blockbusters? I thought they were all shut down. The only Blockbusters i've seen in years are abandoned empty store shells.

I am pretty sure that Blockbuster don't have the right to sell the preorder boxes.
They are supposed to give them out to people that preorder, not sell them for 25 bucks each.
Funcoms staff most likely assumed that blockbuster would send you a retail key when the game launched as they were supposed to do.
What part of "preorder" is so hard to understand anyways? Blockbuster have screwed you over badly, not Funcom here.
Not that Funcom never screwed anyone either but this ain´t their fault.
