Looking for people to play with..
I just started on this game, picked it up since it's cheap as dirt right now, hoping to find some people to learn the game with. Everyone I've talked to ingame has been extremely unhelpful or just ignores me. I joined the clan ZERG and I've been asking questions, about what to do with mumble, as I've never used it before and they require you to have it. no answers for that at all. Is there anyone that plays this game, that is starting out or will cooperate and help a noob out?

Sorry fella but it's a poor game with an awful community, most pvp games are but DF takes the cake. Get used to being ignored and abused until you become useful to your guild.

You joined a clan called ZERG, a 300 member clan and are surprised that you get ignored? lol then maybe you deserve it.
just find a proper clan, darkfall community is mostly very helpful or was.

Well sir. Thanks for for response, but I don't think I'm going to return to this garbage. Uninstalled, and you are a dick. First time in the game, didnt know how big it was. People like you are the reason game communities suck
No need to discredit a whole game just because you joined a crappy clan and don't know how to use mumble.
DF is not a flawless game by any means, but in this case the fault is mainly your own. Do some research before joining a clan - don't expect much of the big zerg clans since they usually just spam recruit and only care about numbers.. As for using voip: it's not that complicated, a couple of youtube videos and some trial and error, and you should be all set.

@op, Im from zerg, joined when i came back a week ago, in all my time when i was in other clans when i played 8 months have i ever gotten so much help from a clan.... Mumble is a requirement since chatting isnt even viable. We would of gladly helped but i never even see anyone complain about mumble. And googling mumble doesnt work isnt hard....
Zerg does recruit and only considers numbers, but wow, daily theres free for alls for loot, mount fests that grab as amny mounts u can, etc, constant defense for noobs at spawns, i mean i recomend zerg for all new players, its the perfect insertion to darkfall, not like when i joined, where doing solo goblin spawn and having to bank every hour becuase 2+ months player would 5 shot me....
Darkfall does have a shit community, because all games do, depends who you talk to.
If anyone reads this and wonders if this game is worth playing, there is no better game in terms of combat, and now u can get viable in less than a month (healing and cross buffing) and character is 50%, skill is a whole later, first day i came back and dueled some friends on new alts, they rick rolled me. now obviously i can defend myself but u need to udnerstnd practice makes this game, the learning curve is "nice"
And nobody like a whiner.
