If I could start playing on 25th I would jump into WvWvW, becouse it would be funny to fight with all those people lvl 10 or lower.
Sadly, since I start playing on 27th or 28th and there will be ton of people with high lvl and organised strategy in WvWvW already, I will take it very slowly (as always) and concentrate on personal story, exploring, trying to figure out if the server I choosed is good, or if I should try another, et cetera.

No set tanks? Yes please.
I feel that too. Even though I now have 100 hours of Gw2 gameplay behind me, I still wanna do everything at the same time, so I lose focus.
The single greatest strength of GW2 is the sheare variety of fun things to do it offers. There's no way I would ever spend one whole week doing just one of those items. Forced repetitive play of one gameplay mode is where the word "grind" comes into play.
For me, PvE (comprised of events, HQs, personal story, and dungeons), exploration (vistas, POIs, waypoints), jumping puzzles, and crafting all go hand in hand. I'll probably be doing all of this more than anything PvP releated during the first week, but I'll definitely dapple in both Spvp and WvW as yet another change of pace from all of those other changes of pace!

Yosh!, we should start a guild called "Ooooo Shiny" and capture a keep in WvW... then because we both like to lose focus, leave the keep un guarded and go do something else.

Hahahaha. I agree. I don't plan on having any plan until I've done everything in a basically random fashion. I'll probably do a bunch of WvW eventually, but at first I'll just wander in there like anywhere else, kill whoever I see (or die or run) or defend whatever looks defensible until the next shiny object catches my eye.
