They are female only characters, but anyone can use them. However knowing alot of the young desperate teenage boys, they will most likely assume your a girl and say nasty things to you.

so never play a girl character, unless your a girl, or a pervert gay guy.

They have only Male Galkas, balencing it. I think there is probably a quest/story part about Mithras. If anyone could be a Mithra, then it wouldn't be mainly female. There are some male NPCs.

I am a guy, I will be playing a Mithra. NO, I am not a homosexual.

However, I will not be the average everyday Mithra. I will be role-playing my character as a male of the Race.

Yes there will be 14 yr old kids laughing at me when they realize that I (the player) am not a female. But after playing Diablo2 for years, I have realized that 14 yr old kids have nothing better to do than laugh at you.

Note: I have nothing against 14 yr old kids. However, I do dislike the person who has the intelligance and attitude of the average 14 yr old kid. This attitude includes assuming that a female character must be played by a female player.

A long long time ago before Diablo 2 came out i was in a Diablo 1 guild. At the time we were allied with another guild with the initials "FV". And in that guild their was a person who pretended to be a girl under the screen name of "Pretty[FV]".

Anyway, after awhile his guild disbanded cuase they all cybered with him and found out it was a guy the whole time. Thats prety disgusting.

So if your a guy, and you play a girl avatar, you now know why im going to assume your some horny gay guy who needs 14 yearold cyber c*ck.
