Bought the game ,but....

in Infestation: Survivor Stories
 I tried to purchase the game , I got a msg "

— Unfortunately, your payment has been cancelled by payment option.

 

 but the money was still taken from my bank account---- Anyone else have this issue ( i looked over the forums on there website and dont see any other issues posted like this .I really hate having to call my banking institute  to do a charge back on it , but there purcahsing system seams a bit low tech-ish lol

    Perhaps you doube clicked and it saw that and so it only charged it once? Double check that you didn't actually get the game just you skimmed over due to having double clicked in purchase or something like that.

    nah def didnt double click it - i was very careful about that ( always have that issue on my mind when clicking "buy" on anything ) -

     

         i tried calling and it just keepsyou on hold forever then hangs up--and the online chat just sits sayng "one moment ".   

     

     It sucks cause i really want to play this game :(   i had to call the bank and  they are going to charge back the purchase (no i did not receive an email about the purchase either )

    Sorry to hear :(  .    looks like the ONLY option is to wait till the charge is no longer pending and have ur bank do a charge back on it :(  

       Im not trying to start a QQ contest here but im pretty sure i will not try to buy it again after having to go through this

    alot of time i have issue using a cc cause my bank blocks things they dont know what it is O_o sp i use paypal i ussly never have issues with purchases then

    I just assumed we as gamers would have learned our lessons from such bad games as SWTOR and WAR. But I guess not.

    If i lose out on 29.99 NOW instead of 49.99 later ---- seems a bit better huh? and seeing how its not a sub fee- even if it gives me a month of fun it t will be worth it --just need a game to hold me off till november 20th

    Your payment was not successful. The sum of the payment is blocked on your bank account according to the policies of the payment system. When the time period for the money transfer ends you will see the money on your account again (as the sum will not be charged - it will be unblocked automatically). Try 300 methods - Recommended - Skrill Visa-MC. You will not have such a problem there

    I fail to see the logic in paying for a beta. Granted, 99% of the time it seems, the beta client is the live client. I just can not reason paying for any MMO in the current market with the game mostly being released unfinished and broken. But hey, its your money and not mine. Enjoy.

    I used Phantom Ghost on NA... but I barely played that character as I tried to come back and play but never got into it then.

     

    Will be my name hopefully when this one comes out...  

     

    Can't remember what I did for my EU1 at launch I know the last name was Goontildeath (everyone reads goon til death but when I made the name 12 years ago it was go on til death)  Since goons came into MMOs I kind of went away from that name.

    I understand what your saying - im paying for the game for a cheaper price- not to JUST to play beta- ... if the game sucks i will let it sit like many other games and let it mature and see if i like it more later down the line

    I am using bank of america and it still says processing. I am hoping that after it posts I will get the email.

    They said we will get a refund after the "pending" or " processing " ends . its temporary hold on the fund on our bank accounts - it will not post all the way on our account

    Or re purcahse using paypal - thats what im setting up right now (paypal account)

    yep i recommend using paypal over a cc
