This is my current setup

 

 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz (4 CPUs), ~4.4GH
8 gig ram

NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450

    You're not going to get 60fps with everything turned on at maximum resolution but it will run.
