I thought there was supposed to be a beta today? Ive downloaded and patched the game. But not yet pre-ordered the game.

 

So, what now?

    when the website crashes and you cant get into the forums is usually a good indicator something is going down

    go do something else

     

    if they have bugs where you die for no reason and lose all your items, this whole beta is likely to be a giant shitshow for at least the first week or two

    Let the launcher just hang in there, don't turn it off. It reconnects automatically.

    Or just get the torrent.

    just relax. the forums came down completly ---so they must be adding the beta forums now (which means it should be any time) *crosses fingers **

    They said 3-4 hours ago they were trying to fix a bug if they cant fix it soon they open the servers anyway and try and fix it while servers are up.

    queues should realy be there, full server pop 10,000 with 2 servers. 4500 seeders of the unoffical torrent 1500 seeders of the official; torrent + probv about 1000-2000 people used the offical downloader. so there room for everyone i would think. Server crashes on the other hands :P
