So I logged in for the first time sense the switch from 2d to 3d, and it looked like the majority of players were bots. So am I right with my observation?
Jagex have put so many advertising on f2p that only bots play under that circunstance.
Dont worry, p2p is also overrun by bots.
Ant the mechanic of the game makes it easy and profitable for a experienced player to bully a newcomer. So the comunity is almost as bad as x-box live.
A good portion of them are, but like they mentioned p2p is much better. Hopefully, according to jagex, in the coming year there will be significant changes to once and for all elminate this problem. Although, I will concede that we have heard this over and over again.
after "enjoying" some months of endless fight against bots, endless lie about fixing this issue, I just left this game and will never pay for it again. to chat with few mates keep going there, I just log for a few to lobby.
try before buy, even if it's a game to avoid bad surprises. Worst surprises for me: Aion, GW2

Majority? No. A good portion? Yes.
F2P is overrun by them - P2P not so much, as bots don't want to pay a subscription fee and get reported there first 5 minutes of botting.
Best thing to do is report them it only takes a few seconds if turn on right click reporting in the options.
