TERAble Problems
When i first heard that TERA was going F2P i was really excited! I've been waiting since the 3rd beta weekend. I thought the game was good (but like most people say, not worth $15 a month) the combat was smooth, beautiful game, regular boring quest. I knew that when F2P was going to launch i would have a lot of problems, so i leveled my free trial character to lvl 22. But since the F2P switch, things became TERAble. First, their launcher doesnt work so i was opening and closing the launcher straight for 1 hour. Then i had to wait for a 30 min queue then to find out that they closed down the server for another 1hr. Then when i came back in it was a bit laggy, and whenever i try to log on i have to wait about10-30 min in queues. 
I knew this was gonna happen, but i wish En Masse would have prepared better, even if they had to delay the F2P.

You could try the launcher repair tool if you are having problems just starting the client, it fixed a small error I kept getting.
I don't think anything can be done about lag until the server load starts to settle down. Switching channels has helped me with choppy FPS though.
