Yes SWG is good or could be good, but the faq is it is so easy that you master your class in less then one month. That only isn't the worst thing but the problem is there is realy nothing to do after that. Except you like to do million times the same thing again and again. This game lacks on content and it lacks on motivation after you haved maxed your char.

I've read a ton of posts of people saying why they love the game so much but not posting the reasons why its so good. I found the game to be boring as hell after the first 4 months. This game is great for fanboys but if you want a RPG'er I would look somewhere else. And for the content, theres a load of it in the game.. It's just boring has hell to compelete....

This game sucks instead of taking out exploits and things that are unfair, they make the game harder on a whole. I played it for quite a while it sucks

Reasons why its good:
1) Completely player driven economy- Every thing that you can buy has been made by another player.
2) Many places to hunt, lots of sights to see, just freakin huge worlds
3) Multiclassing- Seriously, you dont need mroe then 1 char, you can just give up a skill if you dont wanna do it anymore. That and you can make good combos and everyone in general is different then you.
4) Gfx..... .omg they are beautiful
5) Sound..... Hey its the songs we fell in love with at the movies
6) No one looks the same. Seriously, there are so many variations of clothing, everyone looks different. I loved my Tron look i sported for so long. Though the Fat Elvis look is ahhhhsome too.
7) Theres something in the game for everyone. Fashion/Crafting/Entertaining/Politics/Tree Hugging/Hit'n stuff with sticks/Shoot'n a bb gun. Seriously, makes a diverse gamming community.

Reasons why its not good:
1) The worlds are HUGE and lack content from here to there. Probbly will be fixed with the following months
2) Untill recently, classes didnt have much in them per skill level or they were broken, ALOT of that has been fixed.
3) Its seriously content. I was able to pretty much max out my char in a few months and felt that there was nothing much left for me to do. I did all the quest, had a nice rank, nice gun, and had fun, yet it just seemed to be missing that next something. I felt as if there wasnt a "next level" so to speak

Reasons I Played.
1) I love Starwars and sci fi mmorpgs
2) Hate freakin non pvp games
3) Where else can you be a bounty hunter and hunt other PCs?
4) Followed the game for so long, had to atleast try it

Reasons Why I quit.
1) This game requires a huge amount of time, while thats not all bad, just not at this point in my life
2) Character content. Im a mix between Powergamer/Roleplaye. While I enjoy powerleveling my char, I also want to be in a world that has a vast history and such in game so my character can develop his own storyline. SWG just doesnt have that feel to it, not yet atleast.
3) 15 bucks a month sucks, Seriously, they are make'n bank off of people. Oh well, least its not as bad as eq.

In the end, ill be going back. Simple as that, probbly not till january or so, when my life turns down a notch, but till then its Neverwinter nights.

I was thinking of getting this but I got Final Fantasy XI instead (which only gets more and more fun as time goes on!) But anyway someone I know LOVES this game but almost everyone else hates it. Can some give me more detailed reasons as to why they don't like this game. Thinks that are annoying or messed up about it? So far the only real vaild one I have is that you level up too fast... is there anything else?
