As of yesterday, the 38studios.com website has been up and running.
Brief History of 38Studios: Creator's of Kingdoms of Amalur. Went bankrupt, the state of Rhode Island is now suing Curt Schlling. No response has been given by Curt Schilling sense the state of Rhode Island said they tricked them into loaning them the money for a failed studio. Schilling as 10 days to respond.
Although a post about KoA and Project Copernicus were up earlier today, they were taken down shortly. Along with the grey 38 Studios logo. The site now has a strange message on it.
"Amid the maelstrom of recent press, we realize it’s unlikely you’re here to visit the new occupants; namely, us. Meh. Our apologies. That being said, if you’re looking for updates on the former tenants: Curt Shilling, Green Monster Games, etc. Try here. Otherwise, it’s business as usual. Please excuse the mess while we move in."
"Former tenants", stating that Curt Schilling and Green Monster Games have no connection to the new 38Studios website, but then why post about Amalur and Project Copernicus? Why take them hours after the site posted them. The whole thing is very odd and very exciting at the same time.
What we know for sure...
Curt Schilling has nothing to do with this.
The website is being hosted by GoDaddy and servers are located in NJ, US.
The website was updated 03-April-2013 and the domain name is purchased until 02-feb-2014 (when it expires)
38studios.com is worth about $10 currently.
Who could possibly be resurrecting the site?

Possibly sold as part of bankrupty liquidation. Some awesome deals can be had when devs go under and the court can't find a buyer. Everything just goes up for auction.
