Tera launcher bug?

in TERA

I wanted to uninstall Tera for several reasons, but after I got successfully removed game, my comp got damaged and Windows was unable to load anymore.

I roll back comp, so it works, but not Tera.

if I launch is close ASAP, and tells "windows try to find a solution to error",

if I try to uninstall again, it show me error code etc and shut it down.

I made ticket but got auto reply...

anyone else got same issue?
please advise as it star to be annoying.

try before buy, even if it's a game to avoid bad surprises.

    Tera NA support is not even better, still have broken Tera at comp, can't run or delete...
    Support gave me auto reply and disappear...

    so guys be careful with, I guess, corrupted files, when Tera turned f2p.

    I'm frustrated as can't do anything about Tera and game seems to have big files too =(

    try before buy, even if it's a game to avoid bad surprises.
    Worst surprises for me: Aion, GW2

    It sounds like a windows issue and there isn't much they can do.  It installed fine and runs fine for most people.  Just delete the install directory and remove it from the registry(if you know how) if you can't uninistall through normal means.

    don't know how or you mean just find where file is and trash? if yes, I tried but got message: this file is too big for bin, please delete it.

    thanks for advise, but some games can send you repair files/check files too.

    There is a repair option in the launcher under tools.
