    I kind of agree with him on the mounted combat, but if you think about it, A knight can't give his full power mounted unless he has the skill. Some kind of mounted combat skills on a mmorpg would be cool but I don't think a ride-by should be too successful...well in pvp at least. Evading attacks on a horse isn't all that possible. I think I might be getting a little too deep in the subject, but I see where you are coming from.

    I totally agree... Calvary kicks infantry Boody any day of the week...
    'specially with them huge 6 foot swords they had back in those days specially for mounts?
    and riding at someone with a huge piece of metal coming at them at 40 miles/hour would be such fun...
    and deadly.... We seriously need to see some more mounted action...

    Just look to the chineez for inspiration....they love their mounted weapons.. :D

    From I started playing mmo's so long ago I agree....where are the combat mounts? Sure you have speeders for travel in SWG, large cats/horses/mechanical ostriches etc in WoW also for travel. But you cant fight back while mounted....

    how many times have you seen a tv show or movie where people were shooting out of vehicles WHILE DRIVING, riding horses and shooting guns or bows WHILE MOUNTED, sure having mounts or modes of transportation are a cool addition to mmo's but when you are playing a pvp game you more often than not, if taken by suprise riding, have someone getting atleast two shots on you before you can dismount and attack back.
