    Yes and if you link your steam acc with raptr the playtime recorded in steam will be counted in raptr so if you have enough playtime in steam allrdy you can unlock it instantly that way.

    Yes you can safely uninstall it after you claimed it and it doesnt matter if its the acc you unlocked it with any acc will be upgraded to standart version with xpac with these keys.
    The 30 days playtime apply only to accs which never had a subscription bevore tough.

    That's very nice of you Seelin.  I don't need it (in fact I'm working on my Elite right now).  Glad they were restocked, they were unfairly grabbed/snatched by people selling them.

    So, if I owned and played Rift at launch, but quit a few months later, I would not qualify for the 30 days playtime? My friends and I are looking to possibly jump back into Rift and were all figuring we'd buy Storm Legion, but if this works for all of us old players, it would be nice.

    So let me get this straight:

    I have to download the Raptr app, download Rift Lite, play for 14 hours, and I can get Rift and the expansion for free?

    Since when is Tuesday a direction?

    Yes. If you've ever played rift on steam or with xfire running though you can just import those recorded hours onto your raptr account and get it straight away.

     

    You also don't need to be playing. You just need the exe open. So you can leave it on the login screen and it'll count that.

    Can always just uninstall it if you don't think it's worth keeping it there...

    The crappy part is that if you have ever subbed to Rift before adding Storm Legion doesn't give you any free time and requires a sub.  This is based off the fact that I used my free key from Steam the other day and had to submit a ticket to get my money back because I had no desire to sub.

    Because Storm Legion souls are NOT free?  Save yourself some cash.  Turn it on and leave it in the background one night.  free stuff.

    Because if you own rift, you get more character slots (6 vs 2 I beleive) and more bag slots (5 vs 3)

     

    Also if you own storm legion, you get to keep the storm legion souls for free, whereas if you dont, you will need to buy them from the shop.
