I did a chargeback with this crappy game and it's already completed with money returned. PWE won't even contest it because they have no leg to stand on with the product they pushed out. I was refunded the Guardian pack as well as 3 purchases of Zen.Their little threats are just that. There are so many people unhappy and bringing up charge backs that they had to post something to stop the bleeding.

2 Things and something to consider . Cryptic could claim that after 30 days the chargeback is invalid. So make sure you file your claim before the 30 d's are up . They may be stalling to that point. Saying that if the game is still in official Beta , they have no leg to stand on with the CC. 2ndly the chargebacks are probably cost PWI money in terms of merchant transaction fees. This most likely is pissing them off. So make sure you get your money before they take action and start contesting the chargebacks.
What's funny is no blamed is asserted to the exploiters, everything has to be perfect for everyone and one mishap by people gives the excuse to complain and justify this based on their opinions to take this course even with getting their promised items and playing for like a month now? I just hope when game developers see this, they eliminate the beta phase to in house only... then you can figure it out on release but of course I am sure all the same people with do the same thing and complain. Oh well I am done with this, seeing this sillyness is sad but I hope everyone whos unhappy get's their refunds so they can do it all over again.
