But you're visiting on an MMO website?

Became a habit. Cutting down on number of posts and their lenght though.

You have a point though. Gonna try to limit it even more,  must google a way to remove it from one of top proposals of adress bar short list.  Cheers.

Wait - no, come back, that's not ... I don't want to have a point.

Gave Dragon Prophet a shot and the dragons are cool and you can merge and lair them but that's about it everything else is crap. Wildstar for a month or so and then EQNext until whatever else decides to come along.

This isn't a signature, you just think it is.

Exactly what I think. hopefully I wont get banned for trolling again because of what I think .

I am not committed to anything right now, but I am playing Vanguard for the summer.

I've been committed to SWTOR for about 6 months.  I still play frequently. I don't play everyday anymore, though. I am checking out Fallen Earth.

I play a bit of GW2, still levelling.

Mainly playing some steam games. Am thinking of trying EVE again.

Just because some of us aren't committed to an MMO for whatever reasons doesn't mean we aren't interested in keeping up with the news on MMOs in case one does catch our eye or that we can't share our opinion on current and past MMOs.Our opinion is just as valid as anyone else's.

kind of like just because you break up with a woman doesn't mean you have to stop watching her while she sleeps.

well if you think your relationship with a game is the same as a relationship with another human being....

More like liking a form of music but not liking  it's current generation of iteration but still interested in what may come and what was past.

I like how you justified the difference in a game and real life yet had no wise words for one that watches an ex sleep... lil creepy breh.

As for the question,  Not really.  I try to but I really just can't enjoy any of them the way I used to anymore =/  LoL is about it for now.  And for MMO's I'll prolly check out Wildstar, ESO, EQN, or Black Desert.. Whichever one comes out first I guess.

If WoW was released today even in its' entirety it would be f2p in 3 months.
Why is it still such a big deal?

Haven't properly played a MMO for a year. Very happy having a break until I find the next good fit for me.

I had been playing mostly Neverwinter and Dragon's Prophet, with a little Rift and PoE mixed in.Was waiting for June 12 in Rift and ftp.

With announcement that account holder's can play free from now on,I'm playing Rift as my main for sure, don't need to wait till the 12th.

So my main as of now is Rift.I also play Neverwinter and Dragon's Prophet as secondary games, plus PoE once in awhile.

Some day I'm going to put a sword through your eye and out the back of your skull!

Neverwinter  atm.  very fun game .  But will only play it a week or 2 longer.  than have 2 , 60's maxed and bored.

Path of Exile =  awesome itemization!   2nd only to eq classic items.  quit than went to neverwinter.

EQmac .   Can't beat eq classic .  always come back to it.

GW2 =  got 5 level 80's ) than stopped . awesome combat.  just junk at max level. like all mmo's since wow.

p1999 . =  crazy kids.   poop sockers.  but still it's classic eq . almost.

Went to rift = got bored in 2 days.  played for 2 weeks for the wifey.

waiting for anything. -  eqnext on ps4 .?   elder scrolls = 2 months of fun for sure.  that's about it.   rest of the mmo's coming out are terrible.   wildstar ? maybe 1 month if 1 day.  dragon prophecy   1 month ? 1 day maybe ..  thats about it.

MMo's need to go back to ITEMS and Dungeons.  Open dungeons.  huge loot tables . i mean massive!

NO LEVEL Reqs on items!    =  the economy will be fine.  trust me.  most care less about real life economy than mmo econom.

power leveling ! twinking!   nerfed items! pre nerfed items!  that stay in the game. etc etc.    more death penalty than a 3 min run back pls.

Classes!   = give us 20+++ to choose from .  NO talent tress don't count as a class.

No quest hubs.   atleast NO quests for exp.

Wow players have no idea on what they missed out on.

Dabbling with the multiple crappy F2P games out there atm , waiting on ESO / Wildstar / FFXIV / ESO / AA.

Will buy and try them all , and combination of one that's furthest away from F2P and enjoyable game with reasonable community is one I'll go for.

Honestly I'll likely play 2 of the above just as a change of pace is nice to have two going at once.

Leaning towards AA and ESO with FFXIV a close other option.

Wildstar is just leaning a bit too much towards reminding me of being in the Barrens from the screenshots I've seen , but not ruling it out.

Forgot EQNext is the frontrunner to be my main game , but I am guessing it will be last launched of the above I've listed so it will be a couple of those first.

    Right there with ya.

Also, I have a debate raging in my head.  Is your name pronounced RHINO-tones, as in music from the Rhino, or rhi-NOT-un-ees, like some old Greek philosopher?

I would say I'm fairly committed to Tera, certainly as committed as I've been to a game since WoW.  Combat and graphics are the pretty much the best currently available.  Content is very lacking but that's something I can live with.

It's Rhino Tones, but I haven't heard what I would call music from a Rhino before only noise ;)

not committed to any mmo's but I am waiting on WildStar hoping it will be good. I am currently playing an old rts game called Age of Kings: The Conquerors
  • KenFisherKenFisher Member UncommonPosts: 5,035

Committed, but it's not something listed here.

I've grown bored with the hype train games.  Heck, I find the forum more entertaining, which isn't saying much for either.

I am probubly gonna be playing TSW until its doors close. Other than that, i tend to bounce around and try new stuff when it comes out, and old stuff when it goes free. Most of it just makes me want to play TSW again.

    Because i can.

I am never committed to any game,i control my life lol.

I do play FFXi,then i take a break play some EQ2,i popped into NW for a few weeks,i try most games that come out,to see if any new ideas or if a game strikes me as being good. Some games last 20 minutes on my HD some last weeks vowing to give them another try.

I have other forms of entertainment to keep me occupied,i don't need to commit to a game.I guess since i pay a sub fee to FFXi i am sort of committed ,but at 50 cents a day,i waste that in gas   cruising to the store to grab a Redbull or two ^^.

Back to playing a "classic" version of an old friend....... probably staying with it until something really different comes out.
