As those of you who are SOE fans like myself, know that SOE keeps releasing games. With EverQuest being their first and most popular game, then the release of EverQuest II came out 9 years ago, and now, in 2014, I am not allowed to release the month and date, SOE is going to release EverQuest Next (3). EverQuest Next will be the newest addition to the EverQuest family, continuing it's 25 year reign in the top 10 scale of best MMOs, according to Game Informer Magazine and PCGamer Magazine.
For those of you interested to know in about EverQuest Next, please feel free to let me know.

Is this an advertisement or just a really drunk fan?
I'm really excited for EQ Next just as much as the next old school MMO-er but this doesn't seem like the most effective way to show it.

According to PCGamer and Game Informer, and other various gaming magazines, EverQuest, and EverQuest 2 have held in the top from the birth of the game.

LFD tools are great for cramming people into content, but quality > quantity.
I am, usually on the sandbox .. more "hardcore" side of things, but I also do just want to have fun. So lighten up already

Oddly, first things the title made me think of, in order, was "NGE? EQ2? Discord?"
But that's just a viewpoint from outside of SoE looking in. (All we get to hear about is the more infamous badstuff grumbles.)
Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.

Well first I will state EQ is and always will be the #1 PVE mmorpg ever, and although I did like the raiding in EQ2 a lot of that game was lackluster
I am eagerly awaiting EQN been waiting for years. and now I got at least 6 more months, sigh
However I do not give any credit to Sony at all EQ was Brad, Sony bought it
They are solely the cash register they do not create

maybe he is thinking of this since it came out in 1988, which was 25 years ago. although it came out under a diffrent name. got to admit this one predates even me, and i managed to sneak into the end of beta for evercrack. course when this was made i didnt even know what a computer was :P
F2P may be the way of the future, but ya know they dont make them like they used to
