    Do you live in the US, and /or are u trying to register the key on a US account. Becuase the beta only works for UK accounts From what i have been told.     (I got a key as well but i registered it on a new UK account to be safe )

    Mine worked on my US account just fine. I would contact support you got a EU key im afraid.
