Endgame content?

I played back during the first week of release, and I had heard there was no endgame content pretty much at all.   I was hoping that after all this time, that has changed.   Anyone able to confirm or deny with explanations?

    Endgame content is far from being satisfying if you compare it ro Rift or even SW:TOR, yes, that's a shame - even SW:TOR has more. Only the combat system kept me playing this game for so long!

    In fact, patch delivering became worse. They say it will change now but I don't trust them anymore.
