Secrets of Mirage Reboot
Game type: Old school 2-D MMORPG
I played this game about 9 years ago. Recently the servers went down (the game was shut down) but came back up with a full wipe not too long ago.
The game has a lot of PvP, and maps vary between safe zones and open pvp. Certain maps are 'dangerous' because you can lose your equipment if you die on them, or gold, or exp.
Unlike most games of this age and style, incoming new players have a chance to catch up to veterans because of the recent wipe.

updateedit: Since this is an older game and some of you may have played it before, I'll list a few of the features that sets SoM X apart from old school SoM.
-Mail system to include item mailing
-Dynamic weather system
-Day/Night phases
-/Dueling, and /duel info in the /info command
-Pet System! Think a simple pokemon: Some creatures can be weakened and captured, then trained and leveled

I recently came back to the game myself, and see that my old nemesis is still among the top players. He doesn't know I'm back, yet, though, and I have time to ripen my character for VENGEANCE!
