how do i change servers?

in Age of Wushu

i wanted to create a new character, so i deleted my old one, logged out, restarted the game, but i cannot find an option to select a server either before or after new character creation.

 

any help appreciated.

    i deleted the server_last.ini file located in Snail Games USAAge of Wushuupdaterupdater_cfg

    The server option is on the launcher.
