Do Pre-orders get Phase 4 access?

Sorry I have been unable to find info on this. Do pre orders only get early access or are we invited to Phase 4 as well?

    Sorry, no phase 4 with pre-ordering.  Pre-ordering only gets you early access, which runs from Aug. 24th to the 26th.

    Darmeth is actually wrong, anyone can get into phase 4 on the 17th man.  

    Oh and if you took part in phase 3, you get in on the 16th.  Cheers!

    The beta application page will open again on the 17th. Just do that and you WILL get a code. Put the code in to play phase 4 from the 17th to the 19th.
