unable to download client for phase 4

when i click the downloader it says down due to maintainance. Has anybody downloaded the new beta client ?

I tried 30 mins ago from home before leaving for work, and the client files were not available (maintenance page displayed on the launcher).
It is a bit surprising, seeing that Beta 4 starts in less than 24 hrs (for those who were in previous beta). Will try again when leaving work tonight.
I'm guessing that you have to delete the old and download the new client ??
Or just update/patch the previous client ?
Yes. This is the release client.
Delete if you want.. The new client installs in a different directory and no longer has the "beta" tag.

BTW...who appointed you as the monitor of where people can post things ?
Most people who post on THESE forums regarding this game are extremely misinformed and I have seen countless posts where people are either being told the wrong information or given absolute no direction whatsoever. The official beta forums, while very slow, offer Immediate (within 1 minute) and accurate information.
If you dont wana help just dont read the thread. Why give the guy a hard time. Let people who are happy to help, help. He got what he wanted and this thread should be dead now =-P
I have it patching right now so its definitely open...did you get the new client for p4?
Both my wife and I have the client downloaded and rdy to go. FYI if the patcher stops downloading you can restart it and it picks up where it left off. Had to restart mine a few times.
8.54 gigs if anyone wants to confirm.
It seems that the folks who pre-ordered late (last 24-48 hours) and/or those who are registering late for the OB aren't able to register.
Disappointing but I suppose in the long run won't matter much.
I was hoping this would be 'early' early access but I guess next week will be the time I get to try it (pre-ordered yesterday)
