Where do you download FFXIV for free?

I read on the site that if you have FFXIV 1.0 you can download FFXIV ARR for free. Where do I go to do that exactly?

    someone on a previous thread mentioned downloading the benchmark to get the game client but Im not 100 percent on that

    I gave up on this game due to that nightmareish joke of a process.  My old account is "deactivated" when I try to login, call support.  Their shitty overseas support takes hours to get ahold of on the phone.  Emails go unanswered.  Moving along.
