And after the borrowed $6000 is repaid you fall short.

This makes no sense. Where do you get your information about 6k being borrowed? The link below shows there was never a 6k donation. At most there was a possible 3k but anyone who has been on the TS3 knows the general place that came from.

So before you try and Troll a forum again just make sure you have a leg to stand on poly.

For those of us not on TS3, where did the 3K come from?

If you really want to know why not get in TS3 and ask Ethan yourself? hes normally on around 7pm central time and I am sure he would be glad to give you any information you would like to know. I personally am not in a position to give this info out nor would I simply due to the fact that this place is truly not a place worth giving donator info.

Trolls will always be trolls and until they learn to grow up and feel like asking the source rather then making claims on nothing but their own imagination, they will not be rewarded by other people finding the knowledge for them.

Two 3,000 dollar pledges by one person in the last week. Neither chose a Kickstarter package. Matter of fact there isn't even a 3k pledge package option and the 1000 dollars packages have 0 purchases. Haha, can't believe Ethan paid for his own Kickstarter, that must be the new all time low in indie game dev.

But where do you download the game to test it? I don't see any download button on their site. Glsad to see it reach it's goal for Kickstarter.

Grow a brain or shut the fuck up and I do hope these "mods" in the forums are still watching this because as far as I am concerned MMORPG.com has just proven that it's community of trolls out weighs its usefullness. If the mods refuse to do their job and keep morons from running their mouth on the exact same bullshit they
keep spewing, especially when proven wrong then I hope I am banned. I am fucking tired of telling you morons to your research and use what little brains you have left to find the info yourself by reading and/or getting in TS3 to ask Ethan or even emailing him with your concerns. Either Shut the FUCK up and stop trolling a forum you have no interest in or use what little brain cells are left to think before spewing the non essential and retorical SHIT that keeps coming from your worthless mouths.

Also If those fucking MODS think removing a post is going to get rid of me you might as well go back to the meth. BAN ME FUCKERS or I will keep explaining to your community how asking the same retarded questions over and over again just proves that they need to get up fetch a gun suck the barrel between their lips and pull the fucking trigger! It would do the world some good.

While I don't agree with how you said it, I do agree with what you have said, minus the bottom part about the 'mods'.  If ANYONE has a question about ANYTHING, get on Teamspeak.  We will answer what we can.  If Ethan is on, and he often is after 8pm PST,  he will answer personally.   Or, you can check Divergence's Offical forums for answers, since 99% of all the questions I have seen are answered there...

I'd love to give you guys information but we have had issues with just handing out information to people and trolling us with it (not you guys), by making false rumors about the game or coming in and trying to cause havoc in the testing areas.

If you really want some information feel free to pm what your questions are I'll ask Ethan on TS myself and will tell you if he is ok with revealing that info and if he is not then I hope that is ok with you two.

You are by all means allowed to download the game and walk around to see what it's like, watching people build stuff, ect. If you want to be an active tester that's when you have to actually pay for testing status. That's why Ethan says "Try before you buy" (I'm paraphrasing here) as in you can log in, look at it, see if you like it and then choose to purchase.

Please if there really are so many doubts from you guys just go on TS and ask Ethan, he wont flame you unless you are rude about it but if you come on asking legit questions without trying to imply something I'm sure he will be fine to answer.

You can log in and look around as much as you want, all options to place anything will be unavailable until you confirm you have purchased testing status. This is a precautionary measure as we had people logging in and destroying as much as they could just to try and set back the project testing. Don't worry it only takes a few minutes to confirm you have purchased the testing package.

If you don't feel like purchasing it's not a problem you can log in anytime, talk with us on TS and watch great things being built and tested.

Given everything shown to date is just pimped pre purchased content it will be interesting to see what is delivered by the latest cash grab, Got a decades' worth of talked up hard-core pvp combat to deliver.

I'd love to see evidence that "everything" shown is content anyone can buy.

My mistake Mr Literal, "All game mechanics shown to date" because we all know graphics make the game.

I don't see how they can hire another person for $15k. They have got to have full time jobs and are working on Divergence in their spare time. That's dedication.

I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

Yes most of this is the Esenthel engine however they have done a lot of tweaking to it just to get it to where it is and to make it operate the way they want it to. As far as I know, all the assets are made by SGL themselves, as well as the inventory system and soon to be skills/combat. Most likely combat first followed by skills.

I can't really answer that since it's their private business and I haven't bothered to ask. My guess is you're right. If there is anyone working full time on this they must really love the concept of it. I can say though Ethan really does his best and makes sure every dollar is well spent. As much as people have a gripe with him and SGL around here he is doing what he has said he would.
