That's server latency. Starting to annoy the crap out of me. Nothing is when it seems. See a red circle you need to move out shortly after it pops up. You can test it by starting a cast and stepping forward and seeing how long it takes before you get the cancelled notify. At best its about 250ms at worse half a second or more. Still servers are still busy off peak. Interact with a world object and see how long before the progress bar comes up. It's a backend issue.

Both NA and EU servers are in the same data center as far as I know.
Ping times are exactly the same for both NA and EU servers for me.
So I play on an NA Legacy server. Plenty of Activity during EU prime time on US servers.
Right now People are even rolling on JP servers lol.

oh btw i have 32k kabel internet from kabeldeutschland. there is nothing wrong with my internet connection
