Klingon Bridge Crew Not Showing on Login Screen.

Asking here since I can't post on STO forum. Is this normal or a bug/problem? I get bridge crews for other factions just not Klingon.
My captain is a Gorn, so I guess he could be threatening the crew to stay out of the picture since he's the captain and tough noogies to anyone that wants to be in the picture. 
Gorns can be touchy that way.

Just to double check, you are trying to use the right boff in the right slot? tactical in a tactical slot etc.
But likely just part of playing sto as this type of thing will happen at frequent intervals along with the game resetting/changing your skills in the hotbars etc.
