Any real (MMO)RPG out there to play?

I'm searching for a real RPG like Ultima Online. Is there any mmo that has the same qualities? I hate games like WoW where you can only bash some monster or other players. I'm looking for a game where I can sit in the bar and speak with other players ingame. Anybody can help me?

On most MMORPGs roleplay is an option to play - on WoW too.
But I prefer "Dark Age of Camelot", because the celtic / middle ages background is just perfect and shows you a lot of links to real life how it was in past centuries.
An other point is the chat system:
You can allways suppress messages of channels or single people you don´t want to hear/see. There´s allways someone who likes rp as much as you so just search for some guys and have a lot of fun.
Emotes like bow, kiss, curtsey, flex, dance... are making the roleplay elements a lot more plastic and more "real".
So I would recommend DAoC for you to play.
Hey you´re austrian - if you really start playing DAoC, try the european "Logres" server. That´s the one with a (relatively) low population so you won´t get spamed from too much players all the time. If you want the most populated server then choose "Avalon" but you might have problems with login on main playing time.
