I want engaging gameplay, I want to be challenged, I want my actions to have real consequences, I want to log in 5 years from now and still be excited to play.
All I really want from it, is for the mobs to be placed (or rather roam) in the world in a realistic way. I'm so bloody tired of coming into a field, evenly scattered with mobs of a certain type, just standing around waiting to be aggro'd. Give me freaking mobs which populate the world, roam around and follow intelligent patterns of behavior. Seriously, this is 2013, I think this programming/design task can now be taken on.
I know they've hinted at things like this, but it could at this point just be marketing talk. We'll see.

It seemed to be a pretty big talking point in the original reveal. They talked about how mobs would congregate where things were most hospitable for them dynamically etc.
It sounded pretty core to how the game worked, so I don't think you'll be looking at fields of korean grinder mobs.

woot! Second! no..err...well, that's not a thing, is it.
Well, we built it and they will come. I suppose that's the whole purpose of the game in a way.
