"Sony's ad also notes that 14 “award winning studios” are making PlayStation 4 games. This is no doubt a reference to its robust first party developer roster, which includes the likes of Sucker Punch (Infamous), Media Molecule (LittleBigPlanet), Guerrilla Games (Killzone), Sony Santa Monica (God of War) and more.

Finally, the commercial notes that over 180 games are currently in development for PlayStation 4, “more than any other next-gen console.”

We last heard from Sony about its exclusives back in June. It was then that the company stated that its first party studios had 30 games in development, 20 of them due out within a year of PlayStation 4’s launch, and 12 of them hailing from new franchises. That was a follow-up to Sony's claim in February of 2013 that each of its studios were already working on PlayStation 4."

Hummm.. Can´t say that any of the exclusives made me more inclined to pick up a PS4.

Well maybe GT... I used to enjoy those games back in the day (1 and 2) but i have no idea if they are good these days. It will come down to price, functions and starter bundles

This have been a good conversation

PS4 is the more powerful console and has a much cheaper price point. M$ are doing TV with Xbox One, if you do not need that then it is not a good choice.

Really, no mention of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrlwzWq74uc which imo will be the best open world rpg to come about in years.

We already know it's coming to the PS4 yet they don't list it.

The PS4 is more powerful than the XB1, but not by much. It has faster memory, and doesn't have to deal with a 32MB cache on the memory, but developers seem to be able to work with both systems. The difference will be in the developers writing the games, not the hardware.

The XB1 will probably have a better entertainment experience. The catch is that you'll have to pay for it with an XBox Gold membership. The PS4 has most options included in the cost of the console itself.

Personally, I think the PS4 is going to be the better deal all around, but I'm not silly enough to think that the XB1 is going to bomb out. That doesn't seem likely. I am looking forward to getting good deals on XB360 games though. :-)

I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.
