we all have our reasons for disliking the new, the old, and the recent. all this whining about younger versus older 'generation' just doesn't seem useful at all. that is unless you like giving the devs and others a good laugh: 'look! they've taken to feeding on themselves!'

Yep been that way since I started visiting this site in 05. Same arguments then as there are now, not much has changed since then in rhetoric or topics. The only change has been which games have been in the crosshairs.
