I like it... i think?

So Ive played it a bit now and its growing on me. There are a few observations and/or questions i have before i think i want to invest more time. I will say i enjoyed it enough to be a 30 day "supporter" and i also spent 30 bucks in the cash shop, there are just a few things i cant stop thinking about. So here goes!

- Is there any form of housing? If there isn't, it certainly feels like a game that should have it! If it doesn't have this, are they planning it or does anyone know?

- At end game, max level, what do you do? Do you just run dungeons over and over? What do you do? Please don't be generic with your answer on this one!!!

Have you ever jumped into a game and thought wow this could be very, very cool as a long term game, but you just had that hidden feeling something wasn't right and come to find out a few months later you look into the game and its nearly closing its doors? I get that vibe here, and i don't want to make that mistake!!

So i played it a little, invested $$$ into it, now would some beta players or hunted cow employee please sell the game to us!!!

Thanks.

    Hi Tristanryan!

Thanks for giving the game a shot and supporting us!

We have many plans for the future and player housing is something we've talked about, however theres a few things closer on the horizon I am excited about and the team is working hard on. So maybe I can answer some of the end-game things and also tell you about the future.

Content: everyone loves quests and story right? Well right now in the lands of Eldevin early in the game you learn about the "Battle of the Dragons" and the pivotal event in recent history. So the Kingdom of Eldevin knows war is coming and they are preparing, we have 2 fairly large content updates currently already in QA, each of which will include new dungeons, new challenge modes, increased level cap, new crafting recipies, new abilities and more. The first of these is scheduled for February. Beyond that, the plans for the story are kind of secretive, but players interested in the lore can probably work out what is going to happen :)

PvP : So PvP in Eldevin is optional, but as developers we love kicking the snot out of each other in Battlegrounds. So for the future we plan on creating more custom game modes and new maps, as well as adding new Open World PvP zones than incorporate elements of PvPvE, so more  placed to PvP but with some interesting / competitve monster elements too.

Fabled Weapons : We're also working on quite an long Epic quest (have you tried any of our long quests?) to allow you to craft Fabled weapons, these would be the most powerful weapons in the game and will require you to complete some epic story to obtain the components.

There are also other things and features that are currently in the works by the technical team but what I can tell you is the design team is working harder than ever now the game is released. If you pop past our forums you'll see how commited our devs are to reading the forums and implementing what the players want, I think this relationship has really helped us during beta and we want to continue to that now the game is live!
