New game for you to try [MAGIC BARRAGE]

Hey guys and girls, I have been really enjoying this game Magic Barrage for at least a week now so I wanted to share it with you all. It is a free 2 play browser shootem up sharing similarities with realm of the mad god. There is alot more depth to Magic Barrage than RotMG in my opinion and thats why I like it more.

Pros

8 classes

4 skills per class

Gear - lots of gear slots to fill with items that have different stats

Pets - at level 35 you can take your eggs you have found and start hatching them. Pets have skills and evolves to get more skills.

Dungeons- at least 5+ group instances

Raids- 10 man raid instances quite a few of these as well.

Daily activities- brave duels (1v1 fights for rep), races (get to the end of the course first), DUNGEONS (grind heavy)

Greenlands- An area you go to kill mobs mindlessly for quests :P, the pro is there are many bosses int his area that are challenging. They will easily kill you if you miss a vital dodge.

CHALLENGING- it doesnt matter whether you buy item shop or not this game will wreck you over and over for failure to move and sometimes the skills are so elaborate that well just goodluck, hopefully you have spidey senses.

Grind plus depth- you dont hit max level in this game in a day, it is a very grindy process for me thats a pro because it is a fun grind most of the time. Depth is an opinion, my opinion and I think this game has alot more than most games I see today and its in a browser so a big plus in my book. (enhancing gear, stats on gear, 9 gear slots, pets, pet eggs, evolving pets, abilities on pets, reputation, pro-ism score, achievements, rankings, guilds, guild levels, I CAN KEEP GOING.)

Lets talk about the dirties now the cons

Pay 2 win- yes this is r2games ive heard there greedy and it shows, but i will say most things in this game can be got with leveling 1 character first, one other thing if your playing this game for FUN to be entertained you do not need to worry about pay 2 win because i have enjoyed this game for at least a week now with spending little money by little 6 bucks (i wanted stash space because I am a hoarder and I wanted paladin class without leveling to 40 first on another character). If you want to be competitive well than your probably going to be upset.

VITALITY- mostly a con but can be considered a pro. VITALITY killing greenland monsters takes vitality to get full exp for kill, stages(solo instanced areas) take vitality. You get 60 vitality every 24 hours and some every half hour so you cant go hardcore on this game for 36 hours nonstop. Gives you a reason to pace though thats why I can see it as a pro. Dont get me wrong either you can still spend many many hours on Magic Barrage everyday before you run out of vitality if you do it right. I spend at least 6+ hours before i run out of vitality.

Short list of cons with so many pros so guys and girls give it a shot, its browser based so it wont take you but 2 minutes to get in there and kick some butt.

All that a side if you like gauntlet and legends style games I think you will love this game. This game is considered pay 2 win, but what does that really mean? if you want to kick ass in duels this could hurt you, but if your doing it for the pve element with some pvp here and there it doesnt mean crap.

I was going to post some videos but I havent seen anyone post videos of higher level content. I will make one tonight I guess and edit it in later.

this mentality is toxic to both the gaming industry and the consumer

Accepting Pay to Win in games just because you are playing for fun is giving the developers green light to make everything cash grab pay to win and eventually when people realize the beast they just released with this behavior the companies already have their reason to defend it because people were OK with it since they play "for fun"

Stop saying these foul messages that pay to win shouldnt be a problem if you are playing for fun. It doesnt need to exist. Period.

It was kind of fun but it's not a very good game. I just wish the classes had some variety to them. They're all the same.

No there is not pk loot, the pvp is done in instances and is for rep mainly some money can be gained from it as well.

I dont really share the same opinion as you on this topic. I do not like or agree with pay 2 win, but I have not one time been frustrated with anybody buying more than me in this game, so why should I care if you can buy many things?

If there's no pk/loot anywhere in the game (that is you can be pked and looted anywhere in the game), then it's not a pvp mud. Don't call it pvp.

PvP stands for Player vs Player thats it. I think you are adding too much to the definition of it and getting it confused sir.

You lost me at pay 2 win. This should never be accepted. For the record I have also tried this game and it is average at best IMO. Certainly not worth much, if any, of your time, again IMO.
