This is a quick play-through of the Othalo Prison instance, an elite dungeon for level 5+ groups. Our level 9 Assassin makes quick work of the dungeon.

    Crikey. Is your computer just terrible, or is the latency in-game that bad? The FPS looks like single digits, and there were some serious 2-3 second long stutters as you were playing.

    Your username would lead us to believe that you're a dev or associated with the game. I hope that's not the case.

    You need a new computer or a better recording program. These slideshows are painful to watch.

    I see the video game elitist showed up.

    Clearly the game is intended as niche, for those wishing to play a game with a very old-school feel.   I logged into the game (its browser based and requires no download) and had no FPS issues at all, I'm guessing its just the recording software used.

    Some of us put more priority into things other than our computer's specs.  I'm guessing mommy and daddy purchase your new computer every few months.

     

    Here is my concerns with Eldelvin and would love to hear from someone playing - I enjoy the old school mmo feel, and I would love a browser based game to play while sitting in long lectures, but I've heard this game is both extremely grindy, and that it's nearly impossible without using the cash shop.   Any input here?

    The game is along the same line as Runescape. It is a browser based game and isn't setup to the "norm" of fans here on this site who are more use to PC based games. It is a good game for what it is imho. It is an mmorpg, and there are many who do not like themepark clones, and that is probably why "people are playing this".
