    First off all, nice to see that the Devs do thing like these! I really do apriciate it.

    1.)How many people are currently working with you on WildStar?

    2.)What would the Devs either play in. Exile or Dominion?

    3.)WIll an enemy understand "Gibberish" if i try to talk to them?

    I'd like to know what Wildstar has done to improve on leveling?  Most MMO's that are endgame focused seem to keep the idea of leveling, yet don't have anything interesting or worth wild to do during leveling.

    Are you guys planning on raising the beta NDA up any time soon? So much info out there already but then again only so much we can see with it being at 15. Even though that's probably how you guys want it :)

    I know someone may have already asked this but if not at launch maybe in the future will there be body sliders implemented into character creation, or different body types or even for the female characters to adjust the boob size (not that I have a problem with the boobie size)?

    Also will there be a collectors edition at launch with a statue/figure included as well as an authenticator if that type of security feature is the works?

    Will warriors be able to use more than just broadswords as their main weapon? Can they use axes?

    Hi there Frost!,

    First off, from all the art and videos I've seen, the game looks amazing. Secondly, all your Dev Speak and Live Streams crack me up, so keep up the awesome work.

    I was wondering, if I was to rename my cat Wildstar and only feed him Chua on a daily basis if I could happen to weedle a beta key from you? If not.. it was worth a try, right?!

    Ok, so since it wasn't listed in the "Do Not Ask", when is a more open-ended beta going to be put into effect? I mean I really hate to waste my time on ESO and such when I could help make Wildstar better as soon as possilbe :)

    How are the Plans about the Idea of customizing the Engineer Pet Bots, will there be later Options of customize the Color or Design of the Bots via Boss Drops or Missions?

    Another question, the game seems to have an abundance of (dark) humor. How much of this is spur of the moment type things versus an active effort to enhance the games style and differentiate it from the massive glut of soulless (and laugh less) games?

    Hi Frost! Even if i am not a part of this game, yet... I can't stop reading about it! :) But i still, can't understand the classess. I mean, why most classess can follow a healer path? They will have the same healing skills. or they will change for every class?

    Despite the nature of classes, is it possible to use your own playstyle(DPS,Healer,Tank, etc.) with just about any of them?

    Now when I ask that, here's what I mean:

    In other MMOs, I enjoy fooling around a little bit, experimenting, whatever term you want to use. For extra challenge, I'll play classes in ways they weren't designed to be used. While there's no real tactical in-game benefit to it, it's always fun to mess around and see how effective abilities are in different situations that may or may not lie outside their traditional comfort zone.

    Examples:

    • A Ranged-DPS being used as a close-range DPS.
    • A healer being used as a tank.
    • A tank keeping his distance and hitting the enemy with ranged attacks.
     
    I know it sounds dumb, but hey I get bored sometimes. From what I can see so far, WildStar has 'Classes' in a traditional sense, but those classes can all equip themselves with a variety of abilities that'll help them kick ass in just about any situation. Answer this if you can, since I haven't been able to experiment with any of this stuff myself yet. *winkwinknudgenudgeohgodthishintissoobvious*

    I'm curious about the Credds system.  Simply put, how are they earned, will they be used in a cash shop, I understand they will be sellable in game.  What else in involved with them?

    Frost, 

    1.  Was there a collective decision to exclude sliders for body customization plenty comments about that in the forums please share where the Devs are with the customization creation stuff.

    2. Any info as to a timeline where we can  expect  higher level cap in beta? or in the NDA for those players streaming content?

    3.  How bad will you own Pappy on a scale of 1- 1 zillion?

    4. Any plans for new Voice Actors/ talent  to provide additional voices ever... maybe a contest?

    Thanks Frost for Taking the time, My questions comes around class style in terms of play style/role in endgame. Currently the streamers on twitch have pointed out that they can only show levels 1-15 so the information can be mis-leading on choosing a class to play As levels 1 through 15 is a very small part of the game. Would love get in and play but still waiting!

    Do you feel there will be a wider difference in terms of style and roles later in the game between the classes with the Limited action set limiting your choices.

    Currently Espers look the strongest healers but I hear that is due to a bug on there soothe skill not costing focus when you dont telegraph it.

    Also I would love to ask about warplots and raids but will wait for those announcements as they roll out!

    One thing that got me really bored of some games quickly is that my class can only use one type of weapon. For example (as far as I know) warriors can only use a giant sword, would we ever see them maybe with an energy shield and a 1h weapon? A 2h mace? A giant axe? Duel wielding?!

    How will end game gear play out? Will PvE be strictly for PvE and PvP gear be for PvP? Will there be some mechanic that helps put those PvEers in PvP and vise versa?

    just wondering about your WARPLOTS i watch every video about them but to this day  i really want to know how do you create one  meaning what level , how to upgrade  in general everything regarding them.

    i was a stress tester for the winter beta but didnt reach that far , plus the game deleted my character so yhhhhh ...

    PS: cant wait to see you & papi go @ it  #TEAMFROST

    BTW can you hook a brother up  on a beta key please  just had to add that part in XD

    1. I recently came across a video where it was mentioned that fishing was currently in the game but carbine was  thinking       of removing it do to it being boring . incase this statement is true i have a unique possibly original idea to make fishing more enjoyable and fast pace,so my question is where can i locate the appropriate forum site to send you the idea if carbine likes the idea its theres if not no biggie.

    2.sorry you probably get this alot, but for the last four years i have been creating the story,concepts,mechanics and abilities for an mmorpg how would you recommend steps to trying to start to network into the gaming industry.

    3. Probably cant be answered is release date,but follow up question is the game gonna be sold as a download or hard copy in stores or both.

    Hello Mr Frost!

     

    I'm a long time MMO fan who has enjoyed the genre as a casual player, server first caliber raider and most enjoyably as an upper level {but not cutting edge} PVP player. From what I understand, I probably fall very close to the bulls-eye of your target audience. That said, my question relates to PVP.
     
    If there is one thing I truly miss about Vanilla WoW PVP, it's the excitement of playing amongst a very wide range of skill levels AND gear levels. Seeing a top ranked and geared enemy {HWL/GM} barreling towards me with a healer in tow while I'm supposed to be defending something is the closest I've ever felt to an adrenaline rush while sitting in a chair playing a game. Next closest? Having the gear/skill advantage myself and clearing out a few of the opposition solo to cap a flag/defend something etc etc. In other words, I loved having to out-play those with a clear advantage AND I loved exploiting any advantage of my own when I heard opportunity knock. Top players {be it due to gear, skill or both} were identifiable. There was something special about running across damn near celebrity status players that in my experience no longer exists in current MMOs. Blame cross server play, gear matching, ease of getting great PVP gear and/or any number of things, I think it's something many of us miss. I also understand and fully support an even playing field in some types of competition! Of course Arena comes to mind.
     
    I understand there will be a place for both styles of PVP in Wildstar be it Arena, BGs, Open World or Warplots. If you have the time, I would love if you would comment on what we can expect in the way of "even playing field" and "open" PVP experiences. Will we see PVP celebrities emerge on our servers? Will I get to use that crazy piece of gear I worked on getting for months against the other faction? Etc etc. Sorry for the lengthy post and most of all thanks to you and your co-workers for creating what looks to be such a great game for all of us!

    • will beta testers get any bonuses later (when the game is released) ?
    • have you planned content patches after release? In which time?
    • will there be open pvp zones?
    • could you tell something about the mount customisation (is it only for a better look? or more speed etc) ?
    • what makes wildstar better than other mmorpgs (except the chuas) ? ;)
    • and whats your favorite class/race/path in the game?

    I was wondering if crafting goods will be equal to or better than quests rewards or loot? 

    Will crafting be useful at endgame?

    I know there are different builds for classes so someone like the warrior can take on a dps or tank role, but will there be a lot of ways to differentiate yourself from others of the same class? By that i mean if two warriors are specced for tanking, will they both be using the same exact skills, or can you choose skills or something else to make you play style different?

    as far as zones are constructed, is it more WoW open unless traveling to another continent or similar to swtor where it feels constrained...like you're only exploring a portion of the zone?

    Chua are highly scientific and murderous... which works great with our medic! Heal people or melt their insides!

    Check out the Wildstar Reddit page for today's major patch updates. There are a ton of class updates, mechanic improvements and loooooads of customization options that got added.

    It's just another avenue for collection. There are also some Matts you won't find by salvaging...

    Also, some of our iron ore are actually creatures that pop up and run around, or turn into a gigantic rock worm that sheds more matts when you beat the crap out of it.

    You have to flag yourself for PvP if you wish to participate in open world pvp. There are safe haven areas in certain hubs. (Usually shared hubs.) It's also a ton of fun to murder people on the other faction. :D

     Chances are... none. Sorry! They are closely guarded by armed guards, so stealing's out of the question.

    I am particularly concerned about the balance issues or ranged vs melee classes in PvP. specifically kiting, roots etc. can you discuss some of the steps you've taken to address and or minimize balance issues in regards to PvP.

    We too worry about balancing PvP. We regularly play the game, monitor forums, look at metrics and watch streamers/press. Check out what streamers like Blankspace and Zybak have been saying regarding balance. So far, it seems to be going in a positive direction, but we most certainly play the game constantly and manage those expectations regularly.
